How Timber.Bid Works
For Buyers
Browse Listings
Use the map view or list view to discover firewood sellers near you. Filter by wood type, price, delivery options, and more.
Select & Customize
Choose your quantity, delivery type (scheduled or express), and delivery date. Review pricing including delivery fees.
Secure Checkout
Complete payment through our secure Stripe integration. Payment is authorized but not captured until delivery confirmation.
Track & Receive
Receive notifications when your order is accepted and out for delivery. Confirm delivery to release payment to the seller.
For Sellers
Create Account
Sign up and complete your profile with business information, location, and contact details.
Payment Setup
Connect your Stripe account to receive payments. Complete the identity verification process for secure payouts.
List Products
Create listings with photos, descriptions, pricing, and available quantity. Set delivery options and availability calendar.
Manage Orders
Accept orders, communicate with buyers, arrange delivery, and upload proof of delivery. Receive automatic payouts after confirmation.
